ZERO TO ONE serves the oversized fit in general. It fits true to size, so we recommend going for the same size as your regular fit for our signature fit. Of course, you can upsize if you prefer a loose comfortable look. For further detail with measurements, look at the size guide available specific to each product on our website.
Reverse machine wash works for all our tees. Use cold water to avoid color bleach & shrinkage. DO NOT iron the print directly. DO NOT BLEACH OR USE ANY STAIN REMOVERS
DELIVERY
We ship and deliver all our orders internationally in all 192 countries from our shipment centre and office in North Parramatta, NSW.
All online orders from our official website are subject to a minimal A$5 shipping charge. International orders have an additional charge which is mentioned at the time of checkout (depending on delivery address).
Kindly reach out to our stores on call to arrange a pick-up. Once billing is confirmed, the product can either be picked up in person from the office or can be delivered with the standard delivery charges.

Kindly allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered. International orders take 7-10 business days to get delivered.

When ordering goods from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the specified destination.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the same. We recommend contacting your local customs for more information before placing an order. If these charges are unpaid or you refuse to pay them, your order may be returned to us and we will be unable to refund shipping costs.
There may also be costs associated with the return to us, which will be deducted from any refund value. In certain situations, your order may be destroyed by customs if duties and taxes are not paid. In this instance, we cannot refund product or shipping costs.

All orders once confirmed with an Order Number cannot be cancelled. However, you can modify the order for size or product provided the order is in the ‘Unfulfilled’ status. Once the order is ready for shipment, it cannot be modified. We accept Card, AMEX, PayPal, UnionPay and AfterPay payments. Please note that we do not accept COD for online purchases.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In case you have faced this inconvenience, our team is genuinely apologetic. We strive to avoid these errors to the best possible. Kindly drop an email to info@zerotoone.store with the order number as well as pictures of proof on the defects. Once confirmed, our team will write back to you with a confirmation of further steps to return the product back to the warehouse. We will ship a fresh piece back to you in case of defects.
We have an Exchange Policy of 3 days from the date of receiving the product for online orders. To initiate an exchange, please write to info@zerotoone.store within 3 days of receiving the item.
Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange. We reserve the right to not accept an exchange/return if;
- The product(s) are returned after use
- The product(s) are damaged
- The product(s) do not have all the tags
After email approval, our customer support team will reach out to you within 24 hours and will inform you to ship your order back to our Fulfilment Centre.
